The Colac Kana Festival 2024 returns with the traditional Fair in the Square and Street Parade. The theme for the 64th Colac Kana Festival is ‘Our World of Sport’. The Colac-Otway region is well renowned for its love and support of sport.
Sport takes so many different forms, encouraging participants to improve their individual skills, work together in a team or push themselves to achieve. Sport can develop lifelong leadership and friendship, enhances both physical and mental health, and brings people together for a common goal.
Over the years there have been plenty of celebrated local athletes such as Cliff Young, Penny Smith, Ken Hanson, Luke Hodge, Aaron Finch, Paul McKenzie and many others who have excelled at a local, state or national level.
So whether it’s running, throwing, kicking, catching, jumping or flipping, in the air, on the ground or in the water – we can’t wait to see how the community creatively interprets this year’s theme at Colac Kana Festival 2024!
The colouring competition is now available to enter. Get creative and drop your entries in to Toyworld Colac for the chance to win some great prizes. You can download the template here.
